Thanks to my sweet friend @kyle.mclaughlin00 for taking this breathtaking photo of my favorite church National Shrine of the Little Flower.
The reason I chose this photo is because you all know couple days ago I posted about my co worker’s sister who was in a very critical conditions. She got better for couple hours and next day she died. She was a doctor and very strong person according to my co worker her sister didn’t tell anyone about her illness until recently. She knew that she won’t make it and she went back home to visit her family and keep telling them to take care of themselves. My co worker told me that her sister always was sending her prayers and my co worker didn’t know why recently she is been doing that. Then later they knew how serious she is been getting and sadly she didn’t make it. My co worker is the only child left, she lost all her siblings due to illness. It’s amazing how someone knows that they won’t live long and just try to give hope and strength to everyone rather it should’ve been the opposite. I went with my other co workers to cheer her up and stayed for breakfast. We made her laugh after she cried a lot and just remind her of death is not the end and it is hard, but the pain will go away if we keep thinking that we will meet our loved ones one day. But for now let’s pray for them and remember them in our prayers and joyful and sad moments. We must remind ourselves that our home is in heaven and no matter what we face in this life we must remember this is our cross to hold on until we die. Christ accepted all the pain for us, so why not accepting little pain for Him also. Heaven is not for those who think this life is the only life for us. And then when death come, they be scared and confused. Don’t be that person don’t let foolishness of this world to let you drift away from God. There is million of reasons to why we should stick to God and not to the world. Please pray for my co worker sister and so God can give her family strength to overcome this grief. #pray#hope#faith#joy#love#inspiration#believe#blessed#saint#holy#humble#kind#God#Jesus#Mary#mercy#bible#thankful#happy#heaven#catholic#christian
