I was pretty proud of myself, so I figured I would share what I made for dinner.
Homemade Chicken Soup.
- basil (aquaponics grown)
- celery (aquaponics grown)
- pink sea salt
- crushed mustard seed
- half a jalapeño (aquaponics grown)
- coconut oil
- herbs de Provence (thyme, basil, fennel seed, savory, rosemary, tarragon, marjoram, lavender)
- bay leaf
I also cooked some Jasmine rice on the side. First I browned it a bit in the pan with some coconut oil and some sea salt then I put it into the rice cooker with a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar and of course water. #thecrunchyleaf#homemade#chickensoup#snowdays#aquaponics#paleo#cookingwithmissy
